With thousands of choices from hundreds of manufacturers it can be a daunting task to customize your new Quality Built home.

You will receive professional guidance with every selection. You can select packages or individual upgrades to packages for exterior doors, siding, brick, flooring, lighting and kitchen, bath fixtures, tubs, showers and tile. You can see and compare every color, and touch every finish and texture. We invite you to visit our Design Center and imagine the possibilities.

Our Design Center coordinators work with our customers directly. The coordinator is the point of contact for the customer throughout the building process. Each customer's color selection appointment is scheduled approximately five months prior to the scheduled settlement date, although the customer is encouraged to browse selections in the Design Center at any time. We allocate approximately eight hours to each customer to work with their personal coordinator. QBH has organized selections into convenient packages for customer choices. The packaging of selections has made it possible for QBH to pass onto the customer the best value to turn our house into their home.
